It’s so Easy:-

  • You enrol and pay online,  spend about 1 hour at your leisure working through the course.

  • Once completed, you attend one of our 3 hour courses —  many each month in suburbs near you.

  • The course consists of 2 hours theory summary, followed by a 25 question multiple choice test and a “hands on” practical  test  – using one of our latest model VHF radios.

  • You now have the AWQ VHF Marine Radio Certificate.

  • Costs only $175 pp

You can now:-

  • Legally operate a VHF Marine Radio and

  • Spply for your MMSI number to be able to operate the DSC red emergency button
